Queering Mansfield Museum

UK New Artists, Creative Citizens and Mansfield Museum are looking for 14-19 year olds to help shape and deliver a series of events and exhibitions for Mansfield's LGBTQ+ community. From November 2024 to June 2025, you’ll meet monthly with artists Tom Stockley and Cat Anderson to dive into LGBTQ+ stories, explore new ideas, and create something amazing for a brand-new exhibition at the museum.

Lincoln Excellence is a new collective of young LGBTQ+ artists, led by UK New Artists and The Chateau founder, Laurie Belgrave, working to bring exciting events and happenings to the city, in response to the severe lack of safe(r) spaces for queer youth in the area. The collective has been working together since March 2023 on a series of new activities.

The Creative Club is a new FREE series of arts workshops for 12-17yr olds in Sincil Bank, Lincoln. Sessions will take place on Wednesday's 4pm - 6pm at the Youth Hub, Bridge Central, Portland Street, Lincoln LN5 7NN. Attend as many sessions as you’d like, however, spaces for each workshop are limited, so book early to avoid missing out.

London Weekender 2023

UKNA’s Weekender #6 takes place at Canopy by Hilton London City, generously supported by 4C Hotel Group. The Weekender is an opportunity to take some time, meet other artists, collaborate and replenish thinking and possible directions for your practice. The residency will centre around discourse, talks and workshops to develop ideas and works which are a direct response to the space, locality of the hotel and the outlined themes. We hope that this place and space will inspire new works as well as being grounds to create collaborative artwork on site.
