Melanie Abrahams - ‘Creative Approaches to Participation, Wellbeing and Resilience’

This session will be an opportunity to have conversations and to explore ideas in a sociable and welcoming setting. Being creative takes energy and persistence and the session will offer opportunities to explore creativity and how it connects to wellbeing and resilience. We’ll look at ways to tap into creativity, and to progress as an artist. Even when things are not going the way we’d like.
