A triple bill of powerful female artists whose haunting music and lyricism intersect the worlds of folk, alt-pop, poetry and classical themes. Solo turns from Grace Tower and Asthmatic Harp (Hannah Fredsgaard-Jones) will be followed by Keto and her full band, set in one of the city's newest and most evocative venues.

Grace Tower is a musician. Over the past seven years, her professional singing career has taken off at local festivals and events. Her classical interests traversed into folk when she taught herself the guitar and began song-writing last year. She depicts in her unpublished album the adjustment from her home-place in Derbyshire to life in Ireland and beyond as an adult. The songs are fuelled with her tough soul, a toughness from sensitivity, and resonate with those battling grief.

Asthmatic Harp produces alternative pop with folk influences. Asthmatic Harp finds inspiration in artists such as Björk, Sufjan Stevens and My Brightest Diamond. Behind the pseudonym is Singer-Songwriter Hannah Fredsgaard-Jones who is a London based musician, originally from Denmark. Her music combines evocative vocals set in an imaginative universe of string and clarinet arrangements, sampled toy pianos and acoustic guitar. Playing both solo and with a band Asthmatic Harp has put on thrilling concerts from Austin to Berlin and London as well as on stages across Scandinavia. Asthmatic Harp is a Roundhouse Resident Artist for 2018/19.

Keto: the hypnotic orchestration of Leah Sanderson, offers a fresh and quintessentially English take on millennial folk. Keto’s effortless sound has gained support from BBC 6 music's Tom Ravenscroft, Tom Robinson, Clash magazine and "BBC introducing" amongst others. Her rich and individual voice surrounded by a swell of effortless musicality.

Keto has played shows alongside Julia Jacklin, Aldous Harding, Lower Dens, Teleman, Black Honey, Tom Brosseau and Bob Mould.
