Liryc Dela Cruz (born January 15, 1992) is a Filipino artist and independent filmmaker from Southern Philippines. His works were selected and screened in film festivals and galleries in Locarno, Portugal, Madrid, Paris, Berlin, Thailand, Taiwan, Vienna, New York, and South Korea.

While We Are Nowehere

While We Are Nowehere is a 2 channel film installation that aims to present the condition of refugees and asylum seekers while seeking for refuge and waiting for answers while processing asylum requests as a live experience through objects and landscapes. The projections are accompanied by a polyphonic soundtrack that drowns out human poetic and political presence.
